Peckforton
Peckforton is located 6.5 miles to the north east of Malpas and
7.5 miles to the west of Nantwich. A feature of the area is the
Peckforton hills which are the source of the Weaver and Gowy
rivers. The village contains a diverse collection of listed
buildings and the 150 year old Peckforton Castle which is the only
intact medieval style castle in the country.
