Just over 150 years old, Peckforton is the only intact medieval style castle in the country. Entering the castle doors, the luxurious interior welcomes visitors into a unique luxury 38 bedroomed hotel, steeped in history and surrounded by beautiful woodland.

 

Walk through the impressive original oak doors and you’ll find high vaulted ceilings and a minstrel’s gallery in the Great Hall - a magnificent setting for any wedding, with its log burning fire and candle-lit ambience.

 

In addition, there are several imposing rooms for banqueting, the most impressive being the drawing room with a capacity for seating up to165 guests for the wedding breakfast.
